• You must not share your account with third parties.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All deposits are non-refundable once approved.
• Unused balance may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days of deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the amount to your panel balance.
• Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using our services for illegal purposes.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or abuse our platform.
• Reselling services without authorization.
• Using fake payment information.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers.

6. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders as described. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms changing their algorithms or policies.

7. Refill Policy

Refill guarantees are as stated per service. Refills are subject to availability and the service must be eligible. Refills do not apply to orders that have dropped due to account privacy changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

IndianSMMServices is not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by social media platforms as a result of using our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
